Grace Allen is a Registered Kinesiologist, Pilates instructor, and certified Soft Tissue Release practitioner with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. As a former national-level gymnast with over 14 years of coaching experience, Grace also has a diverse athletic background in track, volleyball, soccer, and dance. She currently coaches gymnastics with the Canadian Sport School and is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Grace specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation, sport-specific training, and performance development. She has worked extensively with youth, adults, and older populations, guiding each individual to build confidence, resilience, and body awareness through movement. Adrien Gironès is a physiotherapist with more than 10 years of experience. He first completed a professional bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences at Paris Sud University in 2007, then worked in sports coaching and sport retail management in France,before moving to Spain to earn his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, in Barcelona. Since then, he has continued to develop his skills with post-graduate training in areas such as Manual Therapy of the Spine and Biomedical Dry Needling.
Adrien has been serving the communities of Greater Victoria for the past six years and offers care in English, French, and Spanish. He enjoys working with individuals and families across all ages and conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological concerns, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain.
